Attending lectures and classes is great, but reading books is a very low-stress way to keep sharp. Studies prove that less than 50% of the population reads a book after graduating from college or high school. Only 25% of those will finish a book. Sad statistics! (Research shows the more TV you watch, the lower your brain function. TV is dumbing you down.)
