Aside from the achy bones, fibro sufferers will often suffer from pain in the joints and just beneath the surface of the skin. Often referred to as pain points, this pain manifests itself as both general aches and acute sharp pain - this is especially true when pressure is applied to the area.  As it is with achy bones, this pain can be debilitating.

Dreams

Nightmares, vivid imagery, and realistic dreams are common for those who suffer from fibro.  While the idea of dreams at first glance doesn’t seem like a bad thing, when they negatively impact the quality of sleep, especially for those who have fibro, it has the potential to increase other symptoms.
