  • Increase protein intake: Adding a few slices of lean meat can help people with muscular dystrophy strengthen, repair, and regenerate their damaged muscles. However, only eat healthy protein and avoid fatty and processed meat. One could also include more fish and beans in their diet as an alternative to chicken, beef, and pork.
  • Drink green tea: Instead of drinking sugary and acidic drinks, make a habit of drinking green tea.
