Everyone needs someplace to vent. Sometimes it's a close friend, a family member, or a therapist. But sometimes there just isn't anyone to talk to. However, sometimes a pen and paper are all you need to get everything out. Write down everything that's bothering you on a piece of paper. When you're done, rip the paper up and throw it in the trash. The ripping is a physical release of the anger, while the writing is more of a mental release. You can also shred the paper, cross everything out with your pencil, etc. You'd be surprised at how much better you'll feel.
