Being There for a Loved One with Lymphoma

Understanding their physical symptoms

People diagnosed with lymphoma will likely find themselves struggling physically. Common lymphoma symptoms include tiredness, lumps, night sweats, and breathlessness. This may make patients struggle with certain responsibilities, especially if they involve physical activity outdoors. It can often really help patients out if you do some household chores for them that they may be too tired to do. This can take some of the pressure off of them and prevent them overexerting themselves. Make sure that you are only doing things that you are comfortable doing. You don't need to be a superhero, if they need something done that you don't know how to do consider enlisting the help of a professional or at the very least researching how to do that thing properly.
