New Flight Simulator Event Helps Children with Autism Overcome Airport Stress

A new unique flight simulation

In Salt Lake City, Utah, a flight simulation has been used to help kids adjust to the stresses of flying. The simulation involved boarding the plane and going through the motions of preparing for takeoff. We all have heard the phrase “practice makes perfect,” and this is no different. On the Delta plane, 25 families from Utah boarded and stowed their luggage. They listened to the safety instructions and fastened their seatbelts. They did everything except take off.
