Typically, the waiting time for CT results takes 23 days. As, the radiologist has to analyze and interpret the CT scan and send the report to the referring doctor to be reviewed. Whereas in emergency cases, you get the results within a few hours.

You can expect to receive the results of a whole-body CT scan within 1–2 days. However, the time it takes to get results can vary depending on the circumstances.
Your doctor will review the results with you.
They may schedule a follow-up appointment.
They may suggest a treatment plan.

It depends on the policy of the practice. Some practices only give the report to the ordering physician with the expectation that she/he will review the results with you at your next scheduled appointment. Other practices allow the patients to see their reports within 24 hrs. It really depends on their policy.
