Research and studies have continually been made in order to identify the polarity between celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. Current research has shown that celiac disease has been defined well while non-celiac gluten sensitivity still needs more studies in order to understand and identify why some people’s body reacts to gluten when eaten and why some do not, as well as the gravity of its impact to the immune system.
