If you're overweight, you are straining your cardiovascular system and throwing your hormones off balance as well. Fat tissue actually produces its own estrogen, which then can further promote the development of breast cancer. Talk with your doctor about strategies to maintain a healthy weight, and make sure you get your daily exercise too.
