Really awful experience. On a recent visit Dr. Kim had her nurse and shadowing student spend time back to back asking me the same questions that are detailed in my medical paperwork, then dropped in without a smile - let alone much expression - to order blood tests I requested and shill some protein powder before making me sign up for a follow-up appointment. I thought the follow-up would allow me time to ask questions of the doctor directly yet she made the whole experience uncomfortable because she doesn't like to provide more than yes/no or vague answers. She seems to have a nutritionist she likes to pawn people off to without actually understanding their tests or history. Since it seems to be all about what the money, I'm on to find a better practitioner.
