Dr. Sabrina Felton received her undergraduate degree in 2006 from Xavier University of Louisiana and her medical doctorate in 2010 from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine with the Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, in 2013. This specialty focuses on preventive care for adults as well as the treatment of adults with complex acute and chronic medical issues.
Following her training, Dr. Felton attained board certification in internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine, a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world. She relocated from Ohio to San Antonio, TX, to serve retired and active-duty military as an Air Force physician at Wilford Hall on Lackland AFB from 2013-2016. After separating from the military, she provided care to retired veterans at the Frank Tejeda VA Clinic. Her current affiliation is with Health By Design as a primary care physician for retired policemen and firemen of San Antonio.
