Dr. Ratcliffe is a diligent and caring interventional cardiologist serving the community of Brooklyn, New York at Sorin Medical, PC. He has a particular expertise in the endovascular treatment of peripheral artery disease and performs many of these procedures in a specialized office-based setting.
In affiliation with Mount Sinai Morningside hospital, he pursues many academic interests and serves as the Program Director for the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship. Following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004, Dr. Ratcliffe went on to obtain his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2008. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Furthermore, he has earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia University in 2020.
A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI), the doctor also holds specialty board certifications in adult echocardiography (through the National Board of Echocardiography), nuclear cardiology (through the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology), as well as vascular ultrasound and endovascular medicine (through the American Board of Vascular Medicine).
Emphasizing the importance of heart health, he is also board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
