Dr. Christina L. Kushnir, MD, MPH, FACOG, is a highly respected double board‑certified physician in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology, now providing advanced women’s health services across Las Vegas through Women’s Health Associates of Southern Nevada. With nearly two decades of experience, she delivers expert surgical and non‑surgical care focused on complex pelvic disorders, gynecologic cancers, and holistic reproductive health.

Dr. Kushnir earned her BA in Biochemistry from the University of Southern California before receiving her MD from St. George’s University. She completed her OB‑GYN residency at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, followed by fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology and a Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, culminating in 2014. This rigorous academic and clinical training underpins her expertise in treating both benign and malignant gynecologic conditions.

As an educator and surgical innovator, Dr. Kushnir holds faculty positions at UNLV School of Medicine and Touro University and serves as clinical faculty and proctor for leading surgical technology companies, including Intuitive Surgical and ConMed. She chairs Gynecology and the Robotic Steering Committee at The Valley Medical Center, guiding the adoption of minimally invasive robotic surgery across the region.

Clinically, Dr. Kushnir specializes in minimally invasive procedures such as robotic and laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, fibroids, precancers, ovarian and uterine malignancies, surgical treatment of infertility, chronic pelvic pain, and vaginal vault prolapse. Her compassionate patient care integrates advanced diagnostics and personalized treatment plans aimed at preserving fertility, reducing pain, and improving long‑term health.

Outside the operating room, Dr. Kushnir enjoys leading an active lifestyle in the Nevada outdoors—camping, hiking, and cycling with her family.
