How long should you wait between chiropractic visits?
Hard question to answer without knowing your specific issue. Depends on your problem. I see your 18 so assuming you're getting adjusted for sports or to stay well, you could go a day or more between. If you are in pain and actually have some spine issues on x-ray then you could go back to back days. All depends on your problem and you're goal for care. Remember if your issue has been going on for a period of time your muscles and ligaments have adapted to that dysfunction and you may need a few more frequent visits to help that muscle memory. What happens when a chiropractor adjusts your back?
