Get to know Cardiologist Dr. Kaushik C. Modi, who serves patients in West Orange, New Jersey.

Board certified in cardiology and internal medicine, Dr. Kaushik C Modi is one of the founders and managing partners of Alpha Health Associates. Dr. Modi graduated from South Gujarat University Medical College in India. He attended UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School for his residency in internal medicine as well as his fellowship in cardiology, where he served as the chief fellow.

Dr. Modi is a (specialist in cardiovascular disease in West Orange, New Jersey. For more than 25 years, he has provided high quality and compassionate care to the families throughout the Essex County neighborhood.

Dr. Modi’s expertise includes the medical diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, heart failure, and cardiac arrhythmias. He is both, a devoted physician and a long time teacher. With his focus on wellness and prevention, he has been guiding patients who suffer from cardiac disease to better understand their treatment options and make meaningful lifestyle changes. He is affiliated with many hospitals including Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center and Saint Barnabas Medical Center.

His practice brings together specialist in family medicine, cardiology, and gastroenterology for convenience and comprehensive care, all at one location.

In addition to gardening and playing volleyball, he enjoys spending time with his two grown children and three grandkids.

Dr. Modi takes pride in the relationship he has with each and every one of his patients – ‘when you’re part of the practice, you’re part of the family.’
