If it hurts and you are bothered, then I would seek a general surgeon who has expertise in lap hernia repairs. If you are asymptotic, then I would observe until it gets bigger or there is pain. Does urine incontinence indicate a weak bladder?
What you have is classic stress urinary incontinence. It is usually due to childbirth. It is not due to a weak bladder, but a weak incompetent urethra. Yes, this is consistent with a possible urinary tract infection. My advice is to either go to your primary care physician or to an urgent care and get a clean catch urinary culture. Home remedies can be: take vitamin C 500 mg twice a day for three days and flush yourself with a large amount of water/cranberry juice and sometimes will clear by itself. Blood in the urine at any age is abnormal and needs to be worked up. My gut feeling it that you probably passed a small kidney stone. You need the following tests: 1) urine culture and urine cytology, 2) CT of the kidneys and bladder known as a CT urogram, 3) maybe a cystoscopy if you continue to bleed and the above studies are negative. What causes cloudy urine?

Protein in urine question
Protein in the urine is a sign that there is damage to the filter in the kidney. Whether or not you develop chronic kidney disease depends on the amount of protein you were spilling in the urine. A nephrologist is the Doctor to see for this. They may recommend a 24 hour urine collection or a kidney biopsy.
