Martin A. Garcia, MD, is an established OB/GYN physician with North Florida OBGYN Associates in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University where he played football and baseball. He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed his residency in OB/GYN at University of Alabama at Birmingham, Alabama. He has been in private practice since 1983, and joined North Florida OB/GYN in 1999. Dr. Garcia is very patient centric and believes strongly in the total care of his patients. He has special interests in gynecologic endocrinology and Infertility. He has delivered over 10,000 newborns and has become recognized as one of the best high-risk OB/GYNs in Jacksonville. Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Garcia is constantly fighting to stay on top of advancements in surgical procedures, especially regarding issues with vaginal prolapse.
